Suraj made his first foray into Salsa dancing in 2016 just like most other people - as a weekend hobby. He learnt his 1-2-3’s from the profound dance institute Salsa Dance Academy. The hobby soon became a part time profession as he moved to Bangalore, the Salsa capital of India and underwent an intense instructor training program under Salsa guru - Alex Diaz . Learning never ends and he continues to experiment and grow by attending online courses, salsa webinars, dance festivals and so on.

Sangita Gopali is a skilled Bharatnatyam dancer and instructor with a Bachelors degree in Dance from Padma Kanya Campus and a diploma from Illahabad. Currently pursuing her Masters, she has trained at Naach Ghar and taught in over 50 schools. Her choreographic talents were showcased on the reality show the reality show Mero Dance Cup, Highlighting her creativity and expertise. With extensive training, teaching experience, and performance credentials, she is dedicated to preserving and promoting Bharatnatyam.

Hi, I am Muskan Raut, a passionate and dedicated Contemporary artist. I have pursued a professional career as a dance teacher and choreographer, including completing a Contemporary Dance Foundation Course (CDFC) Level (1-6) at Y-Stand Dance School.My goal is to provide students with a well-rounded arts education, and I have been fortunate to inspire students throughout my three years of teaching, performing and choreographing. I have also participated in contemporary workshops led by Pratik Surve of Mumbai, India. I have also made an artistic contribution as a dancer and actor in a theatrical play ‘Awoken Pillow’. My key achievements include placing 3rd in World Of Dance Nepal 2025 and 1st in inspire students throughout my three years of teaching, performing and choreographing. I have also participated in contemporary workshops led by Pratik Surve of Mumbai, India. I have also made an artistic contribution as a dancer and actor in a theatrical play ‘Awoken Pillow’. My key achievements include placing 3rd in World Of Dance Nepal 2025 and 1st in Shatadbi Purush Lok Nritya Pratiyogita 2019.

Kanchan Shrestha is a passionate and dedicated dance teacher at Y-Stand Dance School, where she has been sharing her expertise and love for dance for the past 8 years. With a background in (Bollywood, Hip-hop, Zumba, etc), Ms. Shrestha has guided students of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop not only their technique but also their confidence and creativity. In addition to her role at Y-Stand Dance School, Ms. Kanchan has had the exciting opportunity to work with the renowned Wildripperz Crew, where she collaborated with talented dancers from various backgrounds, contributing to high-energy performances and gaining insight into the intricacies of street dance culture. Her time with Wildripperz Crew helped hone her versatility, pushing her to experiment with new styles and techniques while developing a deep understanding of the teamwork and creativity involved in group choreography. This experience has enriched Ms. Shresthas teaching into the next level and also has inspired students to push boundaries in their dance journeys.
